This Ark Explainer video focuses on the requirements of Resident Engagement Strategy. PAPs are required to prepare and keep under review a document called a Residents Engagement Strategy. The objective of this strategy document is to support the principles of transparency of information, partnership with residents and promote the participation of the residents themselves. It applies to all high rise building with two or more occupied flats. The need for an engagement strategy also applies to both long and short-lets.
