Structural Safety

This course is designed to introduce new entrants to the sector to the minimum Health & Safety knowledge essential to their career path.

This course will look at what is building work, the procedures that need to be followed when undertaking and the approvals that must be obtained with a focus on the clients duties.

The Building Safety Act 2022 and its secondary legislation requires those who are accountable for higher risk buildings to undertake an assessment of building safety risks, including those risks relating to structural failure.
