TC116: Resident Engagement Strategies

This course is designed to equip managing agents and property professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to support Accountable Persons (APs) and Principal Accountable Persons (PAPs) in fulfilling their obligations to engage residents effectively. As part of the new building safety regime, a well-constructed Resident Engagement Strategy is a mandatory component of the Building Assessment Certificate application, directly impacting a building’s continued occupancy status.
