  5. The statutory waterfall under schedule 8
  6. Landlord’s certificates
  7. Leaseholder deeds of certificate

We will also explore the changes to the certificates regime introduced under the Building Safety (Leaseholder Protections etc) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

We’ll work through some practical examples, and there will be ample time for questions with the course tutor
