The Building Safety Regulator has launched a free toolkit designed to support ‘Principal Accountable Persons’ who are currently overseeing more than 13,000 high-rise residential buildings across England. This centralised resource will help duty holders to fulfil their statutory duties under the Building Safety Act 2022.
The toolkit has been developed to help ‘Principal Accountable Persons’ – and notably so those in resident managed buildings – navigate their complex duties and uphold the highest building safety standards.
